Our house was built in 1969, making it 56 years old. The builder used railroad cross ties for every retaining wall on the property. A large concrete stair leading to a parking pad had been gradually leaning back for years as the cross ties used to support it continued to decay due the elements. I struggled for several years trying to figure out what kind of business should I contact to see if they could fix this embarrassing situation. I finally decided to try calling a company that does foundation repair. The first company that I called never called me back. Fortunately, I then tried Core Foundation. They were the perfect company for my project!
To begin with, they had a wide range of skills and the plan that was developed for my job was exactly what I was looking for and was accomplished very professionally. This included leveling concrete and installing a concrete block retaining wall. It looks great and I consider the price well worth it.
